This page explains how to delete the data Cinema8 holds when you connect a streaming account, such as Facebook, to Cinema8 Live, and how to delete your Cinema8 account. It complements our Privacy Policy.
When you connect a Facebook account to stream to your profile or to a Page you manage, Cinema8 stores:
We use this data only to create, start and end the live broadcasts you schedule, and to show you how many people are watching. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
This immediately deletes the Facebook access token, user ID and name we hold. Facebook destinations saved on individual events stay until you remove them from the event or delete the event. To have them removed as well, send us a request as described in section 4.
This revokes Cinema8's access at Facebook. The access token we hold stops working at once, and Cinema8 can no longer read from or publish to your account.
Email support@cinema8.com with the subject Data deletion request, from the email address of your Cinema8 account. Tell us whether you want us to delete:
We may ask you to confirm your identity. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when they are done. We may keep limited records, such as invoices, where the law requires us to.
The same steps apply to YouTube, Twitch and Kick accounts connected to Cinema8 Live: disconnect the account in Live Settings > Destinations, revoke Cinema8's access in that platform's own account settings, or email us to delete the data. For Google accounts, access can also be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
