Unlimited. On every tier - Free included - your broadcast plays on the Cinema8 player with no cap on concurrent viewers, and you're never charged per viewer or for audience delivery. Higher tiers raise your production limits (broadcast length, monthly hours, guests, destinations), not your audience size.
"Broadcast length" is the maximum duration of a single live stream (for example 4 hours on Basic, up to 12 on Scale). "Streaming hours / month" is the total live airtime you can broadcast across all your events in a calendar month (for example 50 hours on Basic). Free gives you 30‑minute broadcasts and 3 hours a month; Enterprise is unlimited.
Yes - that's multistreaming. Paid tiers broadcast simultaneously to multiple destinations: Basic to 3, Pro to 5 and Scale to 8. Supported destinations include YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Kick and any custom RTMP target, alongside your always‑on, unlimited‑viewer Cinema8 player.
The Free tier supports you plus 1 guest. Basic brings up to 6 people on stage, and Pro and Scale up to 10. Guests join straight from their browser with a link - there's nothing to install. Need more? Enterprise is custom.
Yes, on every paid tier. Recording, analytics and DVR rewind (viewers can scrub back during a live broadcast) are included from Basic upward, and your recordings are saved automatically so you can share or repurpose them afterwards.
You can pay monthly or yearly, and paying yearly saves you roughly 20% versus month‑to‑month. You can change tiers or cancel anytime - if you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the current billing period and then return to the free Live tier.

Going live is paused once you use up your monthly streaming hours. You can upgrade to a higher tier for more hours right away, or wait until your hours reset at the start of the next calendar month - your recordings and account stay intact either way.
