You can go live on any Cinema8 plan, including Free. Every account gets Live Free: 30-minute broadcasts, 3 streaming hours a month, and you plus 1 guest on stage.
You do not need broadcasting software, because Cinema8's Browser Studio runs in your browser. Guests join from a link, and you can add lower thirds, a ticker and overlays without installing anything.
There is no cap on concurrent viewers on the Cinema8 player, which comes with Live Scale. You are never charged per viewer. Higher tiers raise production limits, not audience size.
