Tips & Tricks - User management

User Management

User List

When using multiple users, you can determine the authorizations of each user according to your number of users or your needs. While you want some of your users to be able to produce interactive video projects, you may want some of your users to see only the analytics of interactive video projects and collect data. If you also have multiple users, you probably don't want everyone to have admin permission. To be able to adjust all this, you need more than one user.

Cinema8 allows you to create new users and set permission. If you already have more than one user, you can edit their permission by editing the existing user.

Thanks to the search field, you can search within your existing users.

You can see the users' Status, ID, Name, Surname, Username and Email from this field.

You can update or delete your users' authorizations and information from the Action section.

Security Roles

If you are starting to use your account for the first time, you will see that the Admin Role is included in the Security Roles section by default. You do not want to grant admin privileges to every user, you need to create a new Security Role.

Create as many new roles as you want with New Role.

Thanks to the search field, you can search within the existing security roles.

You can see the ID and Names of Security Roles from this area.

You can edit or delete security roles from the Action section.

Security Permission
